I spoke with her for a few minutes after the film, which she didn't watch (she can't do scary movies!), and talked about his radio work, and her eyes lit up, “Oh, no one ever mentions his radio work. Thank you!”

She talked about growing up with her dad, his love of art, and said that she was worried about coming out to him in the '80s, but he completely accepted her, and according to her, he outed himself as bisexual.
