I watched a Swedish movie last night & found it annoying that the English dubbing's accents sounded like the people were way over doing the Swedish accent. More like they were making fun of it.

Except for 45 and 47, I've always had more design clients under Republican presidents.

Under the previous time the current president was in office, my client list was cut by almost 80%.

I now fear what may happen in the coming years given I'm already seeing a potential 25% cut for next year.

(At a previous job)

After weeks of personally preparing for a clinic, the head supervisor told me the day before said clinic, "We have to look like we know what we're doing." This statement made me realize that I would probably be the only one who actually knew what they were doing - And I was.

If there's one thing only my closest friends can do, it's make me feel small and irrelevant.

A young child constantly hearing "What's the matter with you?", or "What's wrong with you?" when doing typical yet stupid child things may never understand what's right with them, even when doing good things.

Listening to Daniel Barenboim and the CSO playing Strauss' "Don Quixote"

It's a very good recording I bought on CD maybe 30 years ago. I bought the CD mainly for Don Juan so I never really listened to it in depth. Not doing so was definitely a mistake. If you've never heard it, give it a listen!

Dear "Handful of people I don't know who are now following me",

Thanks for taking the time to click <Follow>. I'm not sure what you expect from me, but I assure you it will be nothing interesting. Maybe a link or 2 to my marching arts designs, but that's about it.

But still... Thanks!
