Leaseholders across the country are getting a raw deal.

Today I met with the CEOs of Rendall and Rittner, who manage Colindale Gardens, to raise residents’ concerns about service charges, service quality and communication directly with them and hold them to account.

Leaseholders are being ripped off by managing agents charging excessive fees. This Government will end the feudal leasehold system for good. While those reforms go through Parliament, Labour MPs will hold managing agents to account to lower their unfair and unaffordable service charges.
