It has been in the works for quite a while, builds critical #rstats knowledge while focusing on working with #flowcytometry data, and is very much the course that I wish had been available back in 2020 when I got thrown into the cytometry R deep-end 2/n.

First, pos-neg gating. Ideal controls are your actual antibodies on the actual cells. However different antibodies bind different cells (see: CD4 vs XCR1 below), meaning they have different backgrounds to control. AutoSpectral matches the FSC-SSC of each pos to a suitable neg: with results!

Incomplete namespaces/description listings on some packages resulting in a failed install when the required package is not found 😅 Plus a sprinkle of lower level language clashes with compiling
