Why did he write that?
Why did he choose THAT headline?
Does he think his primary audience are rational acting individuals?

I would imagine there is also much stronger pro-israel sentiment in those communities that are creating a bit of a shift right even if party leadership for both D and Rs have similar positions. I obviously could be wrong but I wonder if this trend extends to say 'hyper wealthy DC suburb'

I really loved the leftovers finale.

Better Call Saul and Friday Night Lights are up there too, but I do agree with the Americans being #1.

"Your wife might be one of ours" just kills me every time.

Re: Your Herbstreit point- when the eagles were down 15 to the Bears in the 4th and scored to close it to 9, they correctly went for 2 and obviously failed. Immediately after, Kirk goes "You know Al, I personally think they should have just kicked the extra point." Drove me nuts.

Chris Petersen for those mid-aught Boise teams. It kills me, but I think the Ohio State version of Urban Meyer gets an extra natty or two (and at the expense of Saban)

Do you remember those coupon books in the 90s that you'd pay like $20 for and they offered $100s in savings with some places youd use but a bunch that you wouldnt? Thats basically what it is now

Frustratingly and not surprisingly the new management was horrendous and very unresponsive / hard to reach - sign of the times

The Pintchiks sold a bunch of buildings around Bergen and Flatbush in Jan. The new owners doubled rent for store owners so places like Beer Witch and other stores have closed. They are 'renovating' our old 1BR above those stores to make a beautiful brick apt more 'luxury' to get more rent

Could you imagine a top 5 matchup between James Franklin and Brian Kelly? Which coach would snatch defeat from the jaws of victory?

I saw him in February. He was wearing an NBC Sports Fleece and basketball shorts on a 30 degree day.

Oh no, he's gonna have really black and white opinions on zoning but at the very least we should get a lot heavy residential blocks

Someone more eloquent than me will have a better response, but NYC has so so many members that identify with the Palestinian and Israeli communities. Current elected officials here have done very little to address the threats and injustices to these local groups and I imagine people want more done

I can't tell you how much sadder and concerning it was to listen to the audio version only

This game isnt the record either but I need to point out that
a.) Stetson Hatters is an all-time school/mascot pairing
b.) Stetson went about 15 minutes without scoring

Yah, I hear you. But the fact that this dude even ordered a cyber truck means he was so lost in the sauce that I'm happy he broke out
