Breathe. A pleasure to find in the stillness, there is nothing you need to do, or to be, to feel love, wash through your heart, and deep ease loosen your striving, as the water of the universe laps at your feet.
It is hard to pass through the festive season, while children lose their childhood, while autocrats and the avaricious dismantle democracy, while oceans warm and forests are stripped bare. But I remember, the many of us, who care deeply, and the love that binds us all. I remember the love we are. 🕊️

Might is right geopolitics is having a good day with Trump’s new ‘envoy for Greenland’ as powers mark their turf. But they discount the many of us, who are not going anywhere, alive to the disinformation & the targeting of democratic institutions, for which generations fought for & battle for today.

Just as we dropped our lives and freedoms overnight when Covid hit, for the good of others, and created vaccines in record time - I’m inspired by the EU’s efforts to pivot & innovate to help save Ukraine. What a day! when Ukraine becomes a member of the EU. Aggressors lose in the people’s century.

Such a moving story of life, resilience, and courage, in one young girl, qualities we have come to associate with all things Ukrainian. I hope for Sasha, along with the amazing success, she can enjoy being nine. How to be a child in the horrors of war. Russia will be a long time in the dock.
