Did more research. Apparently PP violated California State Law UCL, Unfair Competition Law. That prohibits unfair practices and acts especially freezing accounts without a justifiable cause! I definitely would bring this to my consultant's attention!

Change of plans. I'm planning to follow up next Monday in case I don't hear back soon. I'm getting antsy/anxious but still doing my best of being patient. Hope to hear from my consultant or anyone else soon. I'll keep watching for updates.

Just heard back from my consultant. I've already responded & now awaiting the next step/plans from there. Also another thing I pointed out, PP was supposed to get back to my consultant & law firm. Not me. Just another evasive & dismissive response from another customer service agent stonewalling. 😑

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for a response from the law firm for the next plan of action. Hopefully that lead us to a better path for a resolution.

Upon doing more research from BBB, Consumer Affairs, Reddit, & TrustPilot, it's still been an ongoing issue. They can't treat their customers that way. It's also a gamble to get the right agent who's truly willing to help out.

It's been 7 months as I'm still doing my best to resolve it. I'm still awaiting to hear back from the law firm but might follow up if I don't hear from them soon. But I still wanted to point out, those Global Complaints people, they don't make the decisions. They can't treat their users that way.

This is an idea that I've brainstormed. I might ask my consultant or anyone from the law firm to a conference call with me & whoever we speak from PayPal. I hope this might work or if anyone would approve this idea. For now, I'll still wait for their response for the next step/plan from there.

I'm going to keep watching out for a response from my consultant or other members from ASA. I may plan to follow next Thursday in case I don't hear from them soon. Keeping my fingers crossed for updates from them & leading us to a better path from there.

PayPal responded. Same fucking bullshit. Same over & over copy & paste response & lying to me about thoroughly reviewing my account. Yet, they still didn't point out or have any proof of my permanent limitation. I always keep getting customer service agents that can't do their jobs!

I am still awaiting for updates from both parties. But one important thing I do vow, I'm not using my phone's app anymore for any activities. I'm only going to pay on my PC from there on. Yes, I will miss seeing notifications on my phone but will have to do it from there on to avoid further issues.

While I'm still awaiting for updates from both parties, I might've shared my plan a while ago but I'll do it again. First order: Reset Password, then contact 3 of my friend's artists, & then I'm planning to open a Venmo account to redeem money from one of my survey apps.

My consultant appreciated the wishes I've wrote as 2025 is coming to an end. Now, 2026 is real close, keeping my fingers crossed that'll be the year I'll be back for good! Wish me luck as I'll be watching for updates from there.

Change of plans. I'm going to send a follow up tomorrow instead. Was going to do earlier but had a lot of shit going on with running around.

Also word of advice: Don't ever go to Costco the day after Christmas especially the Teterboro, NJ location. Gridlock fucking everywhere including gas lines!

Heard back from one of the law firm team/staff. My assigned lawyer/consultant will get back to me by tomorrow. I'll check back by then to see the next step from there!
