The shooting of Charlie Kirk was EXACTLY what he said happens for maintaining the liberty of gun ownership. He said that the positives of gun ownership,such as protection from a potentially tyrannical government, outweigh the negatives and there would be a cost in human lives. Looks like he paid it.

This change will put its employees who have never served in law enforcement roles in life and death situations. Congress explicitly separated USCIS from the enforcement authorities of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP)

On Sept 5, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), made an announcement. For the first time since 2003, the agency will create a new class of “special agents,” who will be authorized to carry GUNS and arrest people for both civil and criminal immigration and non-immigration violations.
