In a letter sent last week, DAWN notes that Blinken authorized weapons transfers to Israel from Oct. 2023 - Jan. 2025 despite knowing the weapons were being used for war crimes. We've urged the ICC to prosecute him for facilitating genocide and crimes against humanity.
