Also, super big hospital systems fight with the super big insurance companies all the time, and it seems the super big insurance companies win in the end. One reason private practice doctors are fading...no way to negotiate good reimbursement. No way individuals can negotiate for "good" insurance.

I am a physician. I have worked for an insurance company, fought insurance companies for family and for patients, and used the state exchange. It still took me a full 6 hours to choose between 3 plans offered by my employer during open enrollment. No way I have time to negotiate a plan from scratch.

Seriously though Teen Vogue had been putting out some fantastic pillars of democracy journalism. Sorry to see it dismantled.
