Alright #writers of 🦋. How do I take a pretty abstract idea and get a book outline?

Hey y'all. Trying something new out - I've had (what I think is) a cool idea for a book. Gonna try writing it this year, but I have no exp writing - I'm a software dev. Any advice/encouragment is appreciated 😁
