I set myself a reading list to prepare for our trip to Greece, as both my knowledge of ancient and modern history & archaeology was lacking. I've completed 4 of 6. Sadly I won't have time to finish Contested Antiquity before we leave. I'll be taking Pausanias with me, though. 🏺

Welly: Selling 30 Trident P2 Level 3 respirators, normal adult fit. Bought to try out, but although I have a "regular" adult head 😅, these are a bit too tight to be comfortable for more than a couple hrs (I wear Auras for 8 hrs at work). $40, pickup main city by arrangement. Plz don't re-post.

Despite being a cat, Klio Cleo rarely goes in boxes. I still leave them out just in case. This was a very exciting 30 seconds for me!

Okay, now with looking at references. However, a lot of maps are weird and have things in various other places or are missing key things, and it's hard to get everything, and why are there two Ionia areas??? Still, my first "no reference" mask from earlier want completely terrible maybe.

Finished painting all of the miniatures for Familiar Tales, a "story crafting" boardgame from @plaidhatgames.bsky.social. Looking forward to starting it soon! We greatly enjoyed playing (and painting) their other game Stuffed Fables.

Spring is fucking wild, because you'll check on your raspberries one day and it'll barely have any even proto-growth, and then you'll go back literally the next day and it'll have leaves and buds. Anyways, I don't like raspberries, but my partner will be happy.

Not super happy with these ones, tbh, but at least they are done. It's funny that the monsters eyes turned out really good & are my fav result, but I'd forgotten they were supposed to have creepy horizontal pupils. Can't bring myself to repaint them. For #FamiliarTales @plaidhatgames.bsky.social
