Wrong venue? NEC sounds impressive but not as easy to get to as city centre. Lack of publicity? Summer? People on holidays? I used to always go to the Birmingham Beer Festival but there has not been one for over for 8 years. Lack of suitable venues? "Development" has not helped.

Levels 2&3 always escalated to the point where impossible to win. Still played a lot of times. Usually swarmed 1 unit at a time. Amstrad CPC464

This was the pack we started with Christmas 1985 to go with CPC464 + Green Screen Monitor. Oh Mummy, Harrier Attack, Roland on the Ropes were fine games. Bridge It awful and Roland in the Caves almost unplayable. Though I remember playing Fruit Machine the longest.
