AC1 has lowered from a 10 to a 7.8 but doctors want me under 7. So there is still work to do. Gonna be increasing my gym time.

I'm just hoping my AC1 has lowered over these past six months.

All because my "numbers" aren't perfect. I feel better, clothes are looser, I've even started to jog for little spurts at a time but I'm scared it will all be for nothing. :/

Update: My dad doesn't want me going through insurance. He is afraid that even tho I have full coverage/comprehensive that the insurance company will raise my rates or total loss the car. So this is coming out of pocket. I'm fucking dying ~.~
