I'm sorry it's getting this serious, I hope you will get to a doctor soon!
The "can't keep down water" part is worrisome, the last thing you need is dehydration. Definitely mention that to your doctor if your condition gets worse, that's almost always a premium pass to a hospital.

If you decide to buy your own fancy chopsticks, be wary about the metal ones. They are a whole another beast to tame compared to wooden ones because metal chopsticks are heavier and more slippery.
