Call for a European mobilization against Operation Kagaar and to denounce the EU's support for the Indian regime!
On January 26 and 27, the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee - Human Rights Subcommittee will meet in Brussels. We call on all sincere democrats, progressives, human rights groups, and those advocating for freedom of expression and religion, as well as revolutionaries of all political tendencies, to participate in a sit-in protest in front of the European Parliament and the Indian Embassy in Belgium. In fact, since January 2024, the Indian regime of Narendra Modi has launched a full-fledged military operation called "Operation Kagaar" in central India, in the states of Chattisgarh, Talengana, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and Jharkhand, the so-called "tribal belt" where the Adivasi populations live. With the deployment of 60,000 paramilitary forces, air forces, drones, and armored vehicles, officially mobilized against the Communist Party of India (Maoist) with the goal of eliminating it "by March 31, 2026," Adivasi populations are being attacked to forcibly evict them from their lands for mining companies to establish. Human rights groups in India denounce indiscriminate killings (including newborns and pregnant women) and rapings. Operation Kagaar follows a similar military operation called "Operation Samadhan-Prahar" (2017-2023) in the same areas and using the same methods. This means that this military operation against Adivasi populations has been ongoing for seven years, with indiscriminate massacres in which entire villages are targeted and razed. The Hindutva brahminical regime of Narendra Mondi directs such massacres by waving the bogeyman of "Maoist terrorism" using the draconian UAPA (Unlawful Activities Prevention Act) of 1967, i.e. the anti-terrorism law to target all voices of dissent and political opponents. Just to name a few cases: -For more than three years, journalist Rupesh Kumar Singh has been under arrest for his articles opposing the military campaigns parties or the Operation Samadhan-Prahar against the Adivasi people in the state of Jarkhand. -the political prisoner Sanjoy Deepak Rao, a member of the CPI (Maoist) Central Committee, has been imprisoned for two years without trial and is denied basic prisoner rights, such as the right to leave his cell between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., while being granted only two hours a day. Sanjoy Deepak Rao went on hunger strike on October 28th. -In May, journalist Rejaz Sydeek, 26, member of the Democratic Student Association, was arrested for his articles criticizing the Indian military operation against Pakistan and accused of various charges, including terrorism. -Between July 11 and 21, nine people, mostly students, were arrested without warrants and taken to an undisclosed place where they were tortured and threatened with rape. These arrests were to obtain information about Vallika Varshri, editor of Nazariya (a leftist magazine), wanted by the police. -Recently, approximately 50 people protesting at Indian Gate in New Delhi against the government's anti-environmental policies and Operation Kaagar, were arrested on charges of having ties with the Maoists. -Finally, 97 percent of people arrested in India under the draconian Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). remain in prison without trial, sometimes for years. Human rights groups report that Communist Party of India (Maoist) militants, once arrested, are often interrogated and tortured in secret locations and then killed in cold blood in isolated forest locations in fake clashes. This recently happened with Hidma and Ganesh militants, last November and December, respectively. A report was recently published on the systematic use of torture against ordinary and political prisoners in prisons in the state of Bihar. The Modi regime seeks to impose a single identity, "Hindutva", in a country of over 1.5 billion people, where 23 of the 179 official languages are officially registered (not counting over 1,650 dialects), various religions (including Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism, Islam, Christianity, Zoroastrianism), and various nationalities. Hindutva is a supremacist ideology that advocates the establishment of a political regime throughout the Indian Union in which there should be a single religion, Hinduism, and a single language, Hindi. In a country as diverse as India in terms of ethnic, religious, and linguistic diversity, Modi's Hindutva government, led by the BJP, sponsors even more extremist groups such as the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (of which Modi himself was a member) and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, which carry out attacks. Indiscriminate against all minorities, particularly in the last 11 years since Narendra Modi came to power: - pogroms targeting religious minorities have multiplied. The Muslim community has been affected in two major incidents: in Muzzaffarnagar in 2013, shortly before the elections, the local BJP orchestrated a massacre in which 42 Muslims lost their lives, and in 2020, just a year after the re-election of the Modi II government, 36 Muslims were killed in another similar incident in Delhi. Christian communities have not been spared too: they have faced ongoing intimidation and acts of violence, such as the desecration of a church in a locality near Ranchi in the state of Jharkhand. - Other nationalities besides Hindus have been harshly repressed, particularly Kashmiris, who now live under military occupation. In 2019, the former federal state of Jammu and Kashmir was downgraded to a "union territory," meaning it is directly administered by the central government. In June 2018, a United Nations human rights report highlighted serious human rights abuses, which were confirmed in a subsequent 2019 report. Over 47,000 deaths have been recorded over the past 20 years. But also the nationalities of the northeast, such as in Assam and Manipur, and the Tamils in the south. In addition to the violent attacks against these minorities, Hindutva ideology, being the expression of the upper Brahmin caste, attacks Dalits (the so-called casteless), who number 65 million in India. The Hindu religion holds Dalits separate from the rest of society and therefore suffers forms of segregation. Modi's India, approaching a theocracy rather than a modern state, is implementing discriminatory state policies against Dalits, who, like the aforementioned social groups, are victims of discrimination, violence, and murder. For all these reasons, the following are called for Tuesday, January 27: -a sit-in protest in front of the European Parliament in Brussels at 10:00 AM; -a sit-in in front of the Indian Embassy in Brussels at 14:00 PM. **Stop Operation Kagaar! Armed forces out of Adivasi areas!** _International Emergency Campaign Against Operation Kagaar_

TURQUÍA:IN VENEZUELA, U.S. IMPERIALISM WILL LOSE, THE STRUGGLE WILL WIN! - TKP/ML CC-PB
U.S. imperialism, like a vampire lodged in the veins of Latin America, is once again attempting to feed on the “veins it has cut” through Venezuela. On the evening of January 3, by attacking the capital Caracas after weeks of threats, kidnapping President Maduro and his wife, it turned this into a challenge to the entire world. It sought to give the message that it is an “invincible, unchallengeable” power both to rival imperialists and to oppressed nations and peoples. With the form of the attack directed at Venezuela, Trump also declared that none of the rules they had previously set, in the world and in Latin America, are valid any longer. While Trump was presenting himself as the “President of Peace,” he was in fact proclaiming to the world that he is nothing but a fraud. For imperialism is characterized, for oppressed peoples and nations, by war, occupation, savage colonialism, political enslavement, and cultural degeneration. Trump, on the other hand, is the leader of how this is carried out in a more effective and more powerful manner. In implementing his imperialist policies, he often prefers not to put on the “liberal mask,” possessing a recklessness that feels no need to conceal its baseness. He is an imperialist barbarian who does not hide his hostility toward workers and laborers, the poor, migrants, women, homosexuals, nature, animals, and everything that is weak; who advocates an “enslaving peace” that serves his own imperialist interests “through force. Trump, who leads the United States, is on the path of representing the most rotten, most degenerate, and most reactionary clique of the imperialist system. Within the crisis-ridden structure of this rotten and degenerate imperialist system that is dragging the world toward catastrophe, he is pursuing the re-establishment of U.S. leadership power, renewed and expanded even further. The economic crisis experienced by the imperialist system is intensifying competition among the imperialists and deepening political concentration. This political concentration, in turn, is bringing the possibility of regional wars closer day by day. Nuclear threats among the imperialists have now become routine. Defense budgets, meanwhile, are being formed by surpassing those of the previous year many times over. All reactionary forces have taken their place in a large-scale arms race. U.S. imperialism is engaged in an effort to consolidate its economic, political, and military power in all markets. Trump, who presents himself as the “President of Peace,” has repeatedly demonstrated in a short period of time that while providing political and military support to all his lackeys for attacks, he will also not refrain from direct interventions. He has made this openly evident in Iran, Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Sudan, Somalia, Nigeria, and Libya. Trump’s definition and understanding of “peace” is a clearing of the way that includes preparation for greater wars. It is to resolve the problems among his lackeys, to assign them the correct roles, and to subordinate all of them powerfully and unconditionally to his own orientation. It is to neutralize, encircle, and weaken rival imperialist powers in the struggle over markets through this method. On this basis, he has no intention of ever refraining from using military force. He is in a state of preparation for every kind of war in order to build U.S. leadership even more powerfully. He continues these preparations by making use of the opportunities created by the balance of forces in his favor. The U.S. has always treated absolute domination in Latin America, which it sees as its backyard, as a fundamental issue. Today, in particular, every economic and political move by Chinese and Russian imperialists directed at this region is considered a threat from the perspective of the U.S. The policy of the dominant powers in the region to take advantage of the competition between the U.S. and other imperialists is seen as “crossing red lines. Here, Venezuela has been defined as a “threat element” due to these crossed red lines. Since the beginning of Trump’s second presidential term, threats against Venezuela have continued without interruption. Claims such as being the “center of drug trafficking,” having a “repressive political regime,” or a “democracy problem” are the product of U.S. imperialism’s historically shaped reflex to fabricate lies and create justifications for attacks. The justifications of “terror,” “chemical weapons,” “nuclear threat,” and “dictatorship,” along with the lies of “democracy” and “human rights” used in the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan and in attacks on Iran, Libya, Syria, Yemen, and Lebanon, are still fresh in our memories. We see once again that the same scenario is being enacted in the attacks against Venezuela. However, the main target is to reshape Latin America, which U.S. imperialism sees as its backyard, in accordance with its own political and economic interests. The Venezuelan administration under Maduro creates a serious hegemonic problem for the U.S. because it follows a political line that is not aligned with U.S. orientation. The element that keeps Maduro in power and provides a certain legitimacy among the masses is the anti-U.S. discourse. Venezuela has long been experiencing a deep political crisis and sharp polarization; the struggle for sovereignty has become intertwined with the problem of coexistence. The ruling clique led by Maduro builds its existence and power largely through anti-U.S. discourse. The historically rooted anger and hatred of the people toward imperialism has been transformed into political power through this discourse. However, Maduro presenting himself with a “nationalist independence” and “Bolivarian” line is largely an illusion. This political line is far from a genuine anti-imperialist perspective that aims at the economic, political, and military liberation of the oppressed nation and the working people from imperialism. In the age of imperialism, the anti-imperialist struggle is not limited to standing against military invasion; it also requires overthrowing the system dependent on imperialism and its ruling classes. This situation demands a clear stance against feudal remnants, comprador-bureaucratic capitalism, and its social bases. The “Bolivarian independence” line, from Chávez to Maduro, has been an approach that preserves the existing relations of production and all their foundations, envisioning only limited adjustments in the sharing mechanisms. This line, which is based on its contrast with the U.S, is not only far from consistent anti-imperialism but also rests on a pragmatic balance-of-power policy aimed at taking advantage of the competition among imperialist powers. Indeed, since the system dependent on imperialism and the relations of production have not been dismantled, the resulting political formation has remained far from democratic; the contrast with the U.S has opened the door to dependence on other imperialist powers such as China and Russia. From this perspective, the sovereignty regime under Maduro and the network of relations it has established neither carries a popular character nor represents a consistent anti-imperialist line. U.S. imperialism has defined its contradictions with Venezuela under Maduro as a threat to its imperialist interests and has moved to direct aggression against Venezuela’s political sovereignty. Undoubtedly, regardless of the nature of the ruling regime, imperialist aggression is the fundamental problem. As seen in what is happening in Venezuela, imperialism seeks complete hegemony and absolute lackeyship. With his statements after the operation, Trump set aside the claims of “drugs” and “a democracy problem” in Venezuela and openly expressed his objectives that U.S. oil companies should restructure Venezuelan oil. He declared that the vacuum to emerge after Nicolás Maduro would be filled in the manner and form they determine and desire. The U.S. clearly stated that the operation it carried out requires a new political regime that serves its own interests. The purpose and target of this operation are clear to every eye that sees and every ear that hears. This intervention is directed toward Chinese and Russian dominance. It is evident that each of these moves will further escalate imperialist competition. The fact that the U.S. operation was quite easy, rapid, and effective, and focused solely on Maduro, points to another dimension of the matter. This situation raises serious questions about an agreement among powers, internal betrayal, or the nature of the new balance to emerge. But most importantly, imperialist aggression generates deep and entrenched anger among the oppressed nation and the working people, maturing the conditions for the further development of anti-imperialist consciousness, attitude, and struggle. Nicolás Maduro may have been overthrown by imperialist intervention; however, there are no conditions for a stable and legitimate political transition under U.S. leadership in Venezuela. Imperialism means chaos, blood, tears, and savage exploitation. The U.S. intervention will never be accepted, not only by the people of Venezuela but also by the peoples of Latin America and the world. This intervention once again demonstrates the necessity for a stronger struggle against imperialism for the oppressed nation and the working people. The imperialists serve no function other than to darken and corrupt the future. The future of Venezuela had long been darkened by being entirely exposed to competition among imperialists. On one side were U.S. threats, on the other, Maduro’s policy of relying on China and Russia against them, which meant handing Venezuela’s future over to the imperialists. The U.S., now, at the risk of the anger and hatred of all the peoples of the region and the world, and at the cost of securing the fear-based loyalty of its reactionary allies, has sent the message that it can do anything, anywhere in the world. Now it is time for the response that the peoples of the region and the world, starting with Venezuela, will give against this imperialist aggression. * **Let Us Organize Anger Against the Fear the Imperialists Are Trying to Spread!** * **Against Imperialist Aggression and War Provocation, Let Us Raise the Revolutionary War and the Struggle!** * Imperialism Is a Paper Tiger in the Face of the People’s Organized Struggle! * Let Us Develop and Raise the Organized Struggle! * Killer U.S., Get Out of Venezuela! * Down with Imperialism and All Forms of Reaction! * Against imperialist occupation and aggression, the peoples of the world will resist, and imperialism will lose!

FILIPINAS: New People’s Army greetings to Indian People’s Liberation Guerilla Army for its 25th anniversary
## MGC extends solidarity with comrades in struggle in India. ## Support the Indian revolution! December 21 2025 The Melito Glor Command-NPA ST joins in the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA), the Red Army of the Communist Party of India (Maoist). We salute the valiant Red commanders and fighters of the PLGA who continue to strive in their revolution to overthrow the US-Modi regime and pave the path toward a bright socialist future for India. On this occasion, the proletarian movement gives its highest tribute to recently martyred Comrade Madvi Hidma, a member of the Central Committee of the CPI (Maoist) and PLGA commander. He was captured and summarily executed by the fascist Modi regime on November 18. Comrade Madvi was known for having led many of PLGA’s successful tactical offensives. Rather than despair, the PLGA has demonstrated its loyalty to advancing the revolutionary aspirations of India’s people to achieve complete liberation from the clutches of imperialism. The PLGA’s courage and bravery in advancing armed struggle in a vast country like India, where the reactionary Modi government holds vastly superior forces and resources, is laudable. They have thwarted the attacks of Operation Kagaar since January 2024. This is similar to the war launched by the US-Marcos II regime in the Philippines, which is desperately trying to “drain the water to catch the fish.” Like the movement in the Philippines, the CPI (Maoist) and PLGA have suffered great and deep losses in the past year up to November, but the wellspring of the PLGA’s Red commanders and fighters has not been drained—they remain standing by India’s oppressed and exploited masses. By identifying and rectifying errors in the past 22 months, the PLGA advances under the absolute leadership of the Party. They are launching a review and analysis of the objective situation to prevent further losses and weakening. The life and struggle of our fellow people’s warriors in India inspire the Red fighters of the MGC. Alongside them, our Red fighters strive with all their strength, wisdom, and heart to overcome weaknesses and errors. Like the rectification movement launched in our country, the Red cadres, commanders, and fighters of the revolutionary movement in India are faithful to the pledge to revitalize the Party, consolidate the PLGA, and the mass organizations. Amid the intensity of facing the attacks of imperialism and reactionary governments, the most correct method is to thoroughly review the basic principles of warfare, guided by Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and its application to concrete conditions. The task of the PLGA and NPA to mount tactical offensives must be positioned to give justice to the state’s bloody abuses and violations of rights. They must advance the people’s war from the strategic defensive stage toward stalemate, until victory. Various forms of struggle against imperialism and reaction are advancing worldwide amid the conflicts between imperialist powers driven by the unstoppable crisis of the global capitalist system. In the end, the correctness of taking the path of armed struggle shines even brighter, in order for colonial and semi-colonial countries to establish a genuine democratic government that will serve the interests of the world’s peoples, and establish socialism.

NEPAL:‘Let’s boycott the parliamentary elections sponsored by imperialism! Let’s constitute an Independent United Government!!’
#### Appeal of the Revolutionary Communist Party of Nepal > **Let’s boycott the parliamentary elections sponsored by imperialism!** > > **Let’s constitute an Independent United Government!!** **Appeal of the Revolutionary Communist Party of Nepal** The puppet government led by Sushila Karki, the agent of US imperialism and Indian expansionism, has announced that it will hold parliamentary elections on March 5, 2026. This election is a stratagem concocted mainly by US imperialism to further reinforce its hegemony in Nepal by legally making the reliable old agents of the parliamentarian political parties and the new agents born under the guise of the Gen-Z rebellion the trusted contractors of the Nepalese regime. At this time, both the old and new agents are vying to gain the blessings of imperialism and expansionism to attain power through this election. On the other, the workers, peasants, and the general oppressed classes, nationalities, genders, and regions, along with patriotic, progressive leftist political parties, are not optimistic that the government formed through this election will solve the problems of national independence, democracy and people’s livelihood. The aforementioned problems that the country and its people have been facing for a long time have remained unresolved, not because there were no elections prior to this. Why did the parliamentary elections held in 1959, the elections held during the entire Panchayat period, the referendum held in 1980, the parliamentary elections held under the constitutional monarchy after 1990, the two Constituent Assembly elections held in 2008 and 2013, and the parliamentary elections held after the founding of the Federal Republic of Nepal in 2015 fail to resolve the problems? Why did the problems of national independence, democracy, and people’s livelihood become even more severe after all these elections? The condition of the country and its people will not improve after the upcoming parliamentary elections without seeking answers to these questions, but will instead become more severe. This is a proven fact of history. The Nepalese people have always supported the struggles led by political parties. But the irony until today is that the leadership, under the pressure of imperialism and expansionism, has finally compromised with that very force against which the people struggled. After those struggles, some faces in the government changed, but there was no change in the Nepalese state power. This is the reason why all the people’s struggles from 1950 onwards have not yielded results that people expected and the country needed; on the contrary, the problems have become even more grave. The root cause of the problems faced by the Nepalese people is the reactionary state power that protects the interests of mainly the US imperialism and Indian expansionism externally, and those of the comprador and bureaucratic bourgeoisie and the feudal classes internally. This state power has been suppressing the Nepalese people to protect the interests of these two types of enemies. It is the scientific socialism expressed in the leadership and dictatorship of the proletariat, after crossing the threshold of the new democratic revolution manifested in the dictatorship of the oppressed people led by the proletariat that will solve all the problems the country and the people have been confronting, and the people will become the masters of the country. It needs a tough and principled struggle. In view of this situation, our party’s position is that the constitution of a national political conference of all political parties, organizations, groups and individuals opposed to imperialism and expansionism; dissolution of the current puppet government; formation of an independent united government from the said conference; and writing of a new constitution based on the Federal People’s Republic of Nepal is the instantaneous political way out, and in line with this, party has decided to boycott this election, for it brings the agents to power and thereby further consolidates the grip of US imperialism and Indian expansionism in Nepal. In this situation, our party sincerely appeals to all patriotic, progressive, leftist political forces, including the entire workers, peasants, low-paid employees, and small and medium businessmen, as well as the national bourgeoisie, to forcefully boycott the upcoming election and prepare the ground for the formation of an Independent United Government through the boycott movement.
¡ORGANIZAR, COMBATIR Y RESISTIR!

## Press Release CPP Information Bureau | Communist Party of the Philippines December 22, 2025 More than a hundred members of organizations allied with the National Democratic Front (NDF) marched along the busy streets of Avenida in Manila on December 21 to mark the upcoming 57th anniversary of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) on December 26. Police presence in the area did not deter the protest march. Joining the protests were members of the Kabataang Makabayan (youth), Artista at Manunulat ng Sambayanan (artists and journalists), Revolutionary Council of Trade Unions (workers groups), the Makabayang Kawaning Pilipino (government employees) and Compatriots (Filipino migrant workers). Carrying flags and placards, they called on the Filipino people to join the national democratic revolution and stand against what they denounced as the corrupt and fascist state under the government of Ferdinand Marcos Jr. The groups urged the youth to join the revolutionary armed struggle led by the New People’s Army (NPA), asserting that widespread systemic corruption and gross inequality under the current regime can only be addressed through the overthrow of the ruling state. In the days leading up to the march, NDF-affiliated groups conducted a series of activities across Metro Manila. On December 17, they staged a protest rally during the University of the Philippines’ Lantern Parade in Diliman. Similar initiatives—including graffiti art carrying calls to celebrate the CPP anniversary, support the NPA, and honor CPP Founding Chair Jose Maria Sison’s death anniversary—appeared across different parts of the region. CPP Chief Information Officer Marco Valbuena applauded these actions which he said are “clear signs of revitalized revolutionary activity, not only in the national capital, but across the country.” He added that these are the “indubitable positive result” of the ongoing rectification campaign launched by the Party in December 2023. “These activities by the revolutionary underground help galvanize the people to advance the people’s war, which has become even more urgent as the broad masses seek a solution to the crisis of the corrupt and fascist regime,” Valbuena added.

MÉXICO: Breves iniciando semana (SOL ROJO MX)
### diciembre 16, 2025 India/Internacional.

TURQÍA: CLOSE THE PIT-TYPE PRISONS! END ISOLATION! - UPOTUDAK
**CLOSE THE PIT-TYPE PRISONS!** **END ISOLATION!** Prisons have always been the scene of great resistance in the struggle between the oppressors and the oppressed. They have also been the site of the first acts of defiance against the climate of fear created by the state apparatus over society, through the honourable resistance of revolutionary prisoners. The Turkish state continues to use prisons as a means of suppression to crush and eliminate social opposition. The fascist Turkish state, which has massacred political prisoners in dozens of prison massacres, is escalating these attacks with different types of prisons. The massacre that took place in Turkey between 19 and 22 December 2000 marked the beginning of a new phase in prisons. Following the creation of F-type prisons, which aimed to isolate revolutionary prisoners under severe conditions of solitary confinement and destroy the collective values they had built, the fascist Turkish state intensified its attacks by opening different types of prisons. Finally, it put into operation the S and Y type prisons, known as pit-type prisons. According to information provided by revolutionary prisoners held there, they spend 22.5 to 23 hours of the day in single or triple cells and are only taken out to concrete areas in a different section for 1 or 1.5 hours. The cells are quite small in size and have their windows covered with metal sheets over iron bars, meaning there is almost no airflow. Designed for one or three people, they are monitored by cameras 24/7. Across Turkey, since 2021, a total of 51 prisons have been opened, including 22 prisons known as Type Y and 7 prisons known as Type S, in an attempt to enforce social isolation, solitary confinement, severe isolation and segregation. Prison cells, solitary confinement, torture, execution by burning, preventing the treatment of sick prisoners, physical violence during trips to and from hospitals and courts, confinement in sponge rooms, strip searches, sexual violence, harassment, rape, visitation bans, letter and telephone bans, and forced transfers have become the new means of attack and pressure aimed at isolating revolutionary prisoners from their views. In pit-type cells, when sick prisoners resisted being strip-searched and having their shoes removed while being taken to hospital, their right to treatment was taken away. More than 10 books and two pens were banned in cells, books sent by revolutionary publishing houses were not delivered, and letter bans were applied frequently and arbitrarily. and the absence of a barber are also prominent forms of oppression. In Turkey, numerous parties, organisations, human rights institutions, democratic forces and relatives of prisoners have come together to form the ‘Close the Pit-Type Prisons Initiative’. The initiative's demands are the closure of pit-type prisons, an end to all forms of isolation policy, the opening of prisons to independent human rights organisations, accountability for violations committed by the Ministry of Justice, and freedom for political prisoners. In line with these demands, they launched a campaign starting in November 2025. As democratic forces, we must embrace this campaign launched in all areas where we are present in Europe and be the voice of revolutionary prisoners. We must reach the widest possible audiences through the joint struggle platforms created and ensure that the Pit-Type Prisons are closed and the revolutionary prisoners are removed from these facilities. We call on all Turkish and Kurdish migrant workers, internationalist and anti-fascist forces to embrace the struggles of the revolutionary prisoners. **SUPPORT THE RESISTANCE AGAINST PIT-TYPE PRISONS!** **FREEDOM FOR ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS!**

TURQUÍA: Istanbul: Demonstration in front of Indian consulate: “Stop Operation Kagar! End the Massacres!”
At a protest held in front of the Consulate of India in Istanbul, the slogans “Stop Operation Kagar! End the Massacres!” were raised. Upon the call of Partizan, Alınteri, Devrimci Hareket, Ezilenlerin Sosyalist Partisi, Kaldıraç, Komün, Mücadele Birliği, Sosyalist Meclisler Federasyonu and Sosyalist Mücadele İnisiyatifi, participants gathered in front of the consulate building located in Şişli. The consulate building was surrounded and guarded by police. During the protest, where a banner reading “Stop Operation Kagar! End the Massacres!” was unfurled, the following slogans were frequently chanted: “Stop Operation Kagar!”, “Lal Salam, Lal Salam, Lal Salam to India!”, “The Adivasi People Are Not Alone!”, “Human Dignity Will Defeat Torture!”, “Down with the Prisons, Freedom for the Prisoners!”, “Comrade Hidma Is Immortal!”, “Comrade Basavaraj Is Immortal!”, “Long Live Revolutionary Solidarity!” The press statement was read out in both Turkish and English. The full statement > As in many parts of the world, the fascist state in India carries out massacres against revolutionary forces organized on the basis of the people’s interests and against the people themselves. The real power behind these massacres is the imperialists who plunder the land, forests, waters, underground and aboveground resources, and human labor of oppressed countries. What is happening in Gaza, Syria, and Turkey is also happening in India. We are here to protest this aggression against the peoples. > > On 18 November in India, Madvi Hidma, who was under medical treatment, was captured along with eleven comrades and subsequently murdered. This attack, carried out within the scope of Operation Kagar, is the latest link in the chain of systematic massacres the Indian state has carried out for years. > > > > Madvi Hidma, Basavaraj—the leader of the Maoist movement murdered before him—and the entire Naxalite movement are representatives of the just struggle against imperialist plunder. Through the Revolutionary People’s Committees they built, poor people gained access to water channels, education, and healthcare. During Operation Kagar, these facilities were destroyed, demolished, and wiped out in many places. Nothing was put in their place. The people were once again condemned to deprivation. The reason Adivasi communities embrace this movement is clear: it is their lands, forests, and waters that are plundered; it is their living spaces that are destroyed. What is called “economic development” in India is in reality the deepening of people’s poverty and worsening of living conditions. For this reason, Adivasis and other oppressed national and religious communities opened their doors to Hidma and his comrades and embraced them. > > Operation Kagar, carried out today, is a directly anti-people operation. Its aim is to open space for international mining and industrial monopolies and to hand over India’s natural wealth to global monopolistic companies. What is being done for this purpose is causing widespread and extensive environmental destruction. > > Through its “saffronization” policy, the Indian state carries out a comprehensive repression campaign against oppressed faiths, activists of Dalit movements, human rights defenders, revolutionary, progressive, secular student and youth organizations, teachers, patriots, intellectuals, artists, writers, lawyers, journalists, scientists, workers’ and peasants’ organizations, and national movements such as Kashmir, Naga, Manipur, Assam, and Bodo. Representing the interests of the reactionary and exploitative ruling classes, the government resorts to illegal methods, torture, extrajudicial executions, and arbitrary arrests to silence anyone who criticizes policies that are not in the people’s interest. > > Over the past twenty years, many companies have signed agreements with the Chhattisgarh government regarding natural resources; tender and allocation processes have clearly violated constitutional guarantees and international norms. Rivers have been sold to private companies, handing over the people’s basic sources of life to foreigners. > > In the 2022–2023 period, Chhattisgarh’s mining revenue reached 153 million dollars; half of this was obtained from Bastar’s Dantewada region. However, despite these vast resources, the Adivasis remain among the poorest communities in India; literacy, health, and human development indicators in Bastar’s seven districts remain among the lowest in the country. Meanwhile, the state systematically destroys Adivasis’ rights over land, forests, and water. > > The Indian state encourages those within the Adivasi population who inform on or kill Naxalite cadres and activist peasants through “reward” policies. These policies have increased extrajudicial killings. It is known by everyone that many people claimed to be killed in clashes were in fact captured and tortured to death. > > Even the 2024–2025 Bastar Police Action and Results Report shows that the number of reported “clashes” rose from 68 to 121 in 2024; the number of those killed increased from 20 to 217. A significant portion of these bodies were left to rot or burned. These practices aim to hide evidence of torture and execution and to prevent families from accessing the bodies. The rapid cremation of the bodies of Madvi Hidma and Madakam Raje is a clear indicator of this. > > Most of the more than 550 people killed as of September 2025 were massacred in the mineral-rich Bastar forests, home to indigenous Adivasis such as the Gonds and the Mariyas. > > The whole world witnessed the Indian government imprisoning leaders and activists of mainstream and local parties in Kashmir, and then abolishing Kashmir’s autonomy. For the past nine years, Modi has imposed increasing fascism and a State of Emergency. Thousands of Muslims and Dalits have been imprisoned. Nevertheless, political-prisoner status is denied, and the struggle of the Indian people against repression and the plunder of the country is portrayed not as a political struggle but as ordinary crime. Courts are forced to release many people after years-long investigations because no “evidence” can be obtained. > > Repression against political prisoners is equally severe; people are arrested on fabricated charges, and even basic humanitarian conditions are not provided in prisons. Sick and elderly prisoners are most affected. No medical aid is available in prisons. This has led to the deaths of some. Recently, Sai Baba and Tota Setharamiah died shortly after being released on bail. Families are not informed about such incidents. Families of long-term prisoners face economic hardship. Television channels have shown that most families live in extremely poor conditions. > > Today the Indian state aims, under the names of “unconditional surrender” and “reintegration,” to create divisions among the people and legitimize policies that open land, forests, and water to imperialist companies. > > We once again declare that we stand with the Indian people’s struggle for justice, freedom, and equality. We call on all peoples of the world to support the Indian revolutionaries against the massacres in India and to struggle against imperialist plunder and pillage. > > Our Call to the Government of India: > > 1. Immediately stop all crimes committed against the people. End extrajudicial executions, torture, arbitrary detention, and all forms of state violence; cancel projects that open the living spaces of Adivasis and other indigenous communities to plunder. > 2. End Operation Kagar. Establish an independent investigation commission for all massacres carried out within the scope of Operation Kagar, including those of Madvi Hidma and Madakam Raje, and bring the responsible perpetrators before the court. > 3. Recognize the collective rights of Adivasis over land, forests, and water; end the transfer of natural resources to monopolistic companies. > 4. Grant “political prisoner” status to those who fight for the interests of the people and against the destruction of nature; improve prison living conditions, remove all obstacles to the treatment of sick prisoners, and unconditionally release those who have been imprisoned for long periods without treatment.Alınteri, Devrimci Hareket, Ezilenlerin Sosyalist Partisi, Kaldıraç, Komün, Mücadele Birliği, Partizan, Sosyalist Meclisler Federasyonu, Sosyalist Mücadele İnisiyatifi >

INDIA: CPI (Maoist): Build a public movement to hold a judicial inquiry into the murders of Comrades Hidma (Maredumilli) and Shankar (Rampachodavaram) and punish the culprits severely
We strongly condemn the false allegations made by Manish Kunjam and Soni Sodi that Comrade Devji was responsible for the murder of Comrade Hidmal. Our Central Committee member and Secretary of Dandakaranya Special Zonal Committee, Comrade Hidmal, and his 5 comrades were arrested by the Andhra Pradesh Police on November 15, tortured for three days and killed on November 18. Comrade Hidmal went for treatment through a timber merchant from Vijayawada on October 27. After that, a few others went. The police spread a fabricated story that they were killed in an encounter in the Maredumilli forest area of Alluri Seetharamaraju district by capturing and killing six unarmed Comrades Hidmal and his associates. On November 19, the police announced that 7 more Maoists were killed in an encounter in Rampachodavaram mandal of the same district. In the incident of November 19, unarmed AOV S.Z.C. member Comrade Shankar and six others were arrested and killed in a fake encounter. The Dandakaranya Special Zonal Committee is offering revolutionary salutes to the comrades who lost their lives in the killings committed by the enemy armed forces on November 18 and 19. It is vowing to fight till the last breath for the realization of their aspirations. It expresses its deepest condolences and sympathy to their family members and relatives. In both these incidents, it is now understood that the people who took them out were police informers. On November 9, a company party committee member named Kosal escaped from our forces and surrendered to the Telangana police. He knew the travel details of Comrade Hidmal and that he was outside. As soon as Kosal fled, our comrades informed Comrade Hidmal about this and asked him to come inside immediately. After receiving this information, he would have been ready to come inside with his team. When the people who took him informed the police about this, the police arrested Comrade Hidmal and the other 5 people with him, killed them and fabricated an encounter story. Similarly, when the people who took Shankar also informed the police, the Comrade Hidmal team and Comrade Shankar team were arrested at the same time and tortured and murdered by the Andhra Pradesh police. In both these incidents, the three responsible for the arrest of 50 Maoists in Vijayawada, N.T.R., Konaseema, Eluru and Kakinada districts were a wood trader-furniture trader from Vijayawada, a builder-civil contractor, and a contractor doing ITDA work in Alluri Seetharamaraju district. Kosal, who fled from us along with them and informed the police about the whereabouts of our comrades, was also responsible. After Kosal fled from us, the police caught our comrades and killed 13 of them and arrested 50. Among those arrested were neither Comrades Devji nor Sangram (Malla Rajireddy). They did not enter into any agreement with the police to save their lives, and Comrade Devji did not give information about Comrades Hidmal and others to the police. All these facts are clearly known to the intelligence agencies of the Central Government, the state intelligence agencies of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Odisha. The intelligence agencies of the Central and State Governments, in coordination with each other, killed Comrades Hidmal, Shankar and others and arrested 13 people and arrested 50 people. This was not an operation carried out by the Andhra Pradesh Police alone. This is a joint operation of the central and state governments. The mastermind behind all this is the trusted servant of the country and foreign corporates, the murderer and the bloodthirsty Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The facts being as follows, when Comrade Hidmal was killed and the people were extremely angry with the central and state governments and the police, without questioning the central and state governments and the police who were responsible for these murders, without demanding a judicial inquiry into these murders and punishment of the traitors, former MLA Manish Kunjam and Soni accused Comrade Devji of being responsible for the murder of Comrade Hidmal, it is a conspiracy statement. ‘Comrade Hidmal and 50 others were taken to Andhra Pradesh by Devji, who said that he would surrender, and took them all to Andhra Pradesh, killed Hidmal, and got 50 others arrested,’ Manish Kunjam made a conspiracy statement on November 21. The Brahminical Hindutva fascist RSS-BJP central and state governments are waging a war of attrition, with the aim of turning the country into a 'corporate Hindu State' and eradicating the Maoist party and revolutionary movement by March 31, 2026. As part of this, the Central Committee members of our party and the State Committee members of various states are being arrested. The central and state governments are jointly carrying out round-up and elimination raids and making arrests to eradicate the party. As part of this, our party's general secretary Comrade Basava Raju and many other central and state committee members have been murdered. The remaining comrades Ganapati, Devji, Misir Bisra, Sangram and other central and state committee members will be eliminated. The central government, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh States are continuously making announcements through visual and audio media that they will eradicate the party. This is so that even the blind can see it and the deaf can hear it and the general public can understand it. However, the fact that former MLAs Manish Kunjam and Soni Sodi are targeting Devji instead of targeting the central and state governments is part of a huge conspiracy. Since April this year, people across the country have been campaigning to stop the Operation Kagaar, stop the massacre in Bastar, and for the central and State governments to hold peace talks with the Maoists. However, in an interview given to Bastar Talkies in May this year, Manish Kunjam shamelessly lied and justified the massacre of tribals in Bastar by the armed forces of the central and state governments in the name of Kagaar. Since May 2024, the central and state armed forces have been killing tribal rural people in many places in Bastar. On December 13, in a raid in the vicinity of Kalaja-Dondruveda, they deliberately killed 5 villagers including Comrades Karthik and Rami. In February, they encircled the surroundings of Thodka village and killed 7 villagers and a party member, Neelkanth. On March 31, they caught and killed an unarmed S.Z.C. member, Comrade Chayte, in Bel Nar village in Indravati area. Later, they caught and killed two rural youths along with Comrade Sudhir in the same area. In many such incidents, the central and state governments have killed the rural people. While honest individuals, social organizations and forces are exposing this murder and massacre, declaring all these as genuine encounters according to Manish Kunjam's plan is to justify the massacre of the tribals. Now, instead of targeting the central and state governments for the murder of Comrade Hidma, without demanding and agitating for a fair trial and punishment of the traitors, targeting Comrade Devji for it is part of a huge conspiracy. Such statements are the result of him becoming a middleman for the domestic and foreign corporate companies mining in Bastar for the corporatization of forests in Bastar. This is not just targeting Devji, but is part of attacking the entire Maoist party and revolutionary movement. This statement is part of participating in the planned psychological warfare waged by the intelligence agencies to attack the Maoist party, the party leadership and the revolutionary movement and create confusion and distrust in the revolutionary camp. That is why we strongly condemn this statement. We call upon the people to thwart the conspiracies being made and intended to be made by Manish Kunjam, who has become an agent of corporatization / domestic and foreign corporates, in collaboration with intelligence agencies against the revolutionary movement in Bastar. Although Sonisodi, who attended Comrade Hidmal's last rites, rightly denied that this was a fake encounter and that it was a murder, we strongly condemn her statement that Devji was caught by the police and gave information about Hidal to the police to save his life. It is highly objectionable to make such statements about the murder of Comrade Hidmal without gathering facts from the public organizations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. If he wants to stand on the side of the people and the tribals, we demand that he withdraw this statement and declare that he made the statement in haste without knowing the facts related to this incident. After learning that Comrade Hidmal and other comrades were in the possession of their police informers, Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma went to Puvwarti village. There, he made an announcement to Comrade Hidma’s mother demanding his surrender. The enemy clearly knew that Comrade Hidma would not surrender under any circumstances, so he made this announcement. This is part of the evil plan to justify the murder by saying that Hidma had to be killed because he had been asked to surrender but could not surrender. On the other hand, Comrade Hidma’s attempt to surrender to the enemy is part of the evil plan to tarnish his history. Appeal to the people! We call upon the people to launch a nationwide mass movement to hold a judicial inquiry into the murder of Comrade Hidma (Maredumilli) and Comrade Shankar (Rampachodavaram), to punish the culprits severely and to stop the ongoing Kagar war for the corporates. We appeal to the public lawyers and rights activists to provide legal aid to the 50 comrades arrested in Vijayawada and other cities and to work for their release. The Brahminical Hindutva fascist RSS-BJP central and state governments are trying to turn the country into a ‘Corporate Hindu Desam’ Our party is resisting the operation Kagaar that is killing people from the Central Committee members to the rural people. In this situation, it is the duty of all of us to fight against the operation Kagar under the leadership of our party and to stand firm in the revolutionary movement for the realization of the aspirations of the martyrs. Due to the intensity of today's operation Kagar, we are in a position to not be able to make regular statements. That is why do not be confused and distrusted by the false statements of people like Manish Kunjam. Do not be disappointed by the surrenders of revolutionary traitors like Sonu and Satish, and by the surrenders of others. In the future too, the intelligence agencies of the central and state governments will carry out many evil false campaigns against the Maoist party, against the party leadership, and against the revolutionary movement through their agents like Manish Kunjam in the country and in the Dandakaranya. Do not be confused by them. We appeal to all the people to know the facts through our party workers who come to the villages on any issue and to stand firm in the revolutionary movement. With revolutionary greetings, Official Spokesperson of Vikalp, Dandakaranya Special Zonal Committee, Communist Party of India (Maoist)

INDIA: Official Press Release By The NCC Of The CPI (Maoist)
* Official Press Release By The NCC Of The CPI (Maoist) **Communist Party Of India (Maoist)** **North Coordination Committee** **Press Release** **November 22, 2025** Our party CPI (Maoist) is facing a severe set back and so is the Indian masses. The Indian masses are facing severe setback in their daily class struggle they die due to hunger or ruling class made catastrophe like landslides and floods; they do not have proper medical facilities to survive a simple viral attack; they have to face daily humiliations due to caste, race, religion and sex; they are denied daily minimum wages and livelihood by the big landlords and big bourgeoisie of the country; the oppressed nationalities of the country like Manipur, Kashmir, Punjab etc..are constantly longing for freedom or autonomy against the despotic expansionist nature of the Indian state. And all these conditions exist because our beloved motherland i.e. India as a country too is in crisis for she is the chief target of imperialism and the Indian state which is in-fact a comprador to the imperialist forces is anti-national to its core. The US imperialist have been trying to revive itself after the corona crisis, the heavy economic plunder of the country by monopoly imperialist finance capital investment in mining, infrastructures development and software industries are examples of the imperialist loot. These investment are parasitic giants which besides looting the forest, water and land of the people do not allow local manufacturing and business to flourish. The AI magic at the political economic level and the re-emergence of psychological offensive at the military level (an example of which is the peace treaty concluded by US between Hamas and Israel) have helped in sharpening the parasitic nature of the imperialist finance capital. The all out war in the base regions of our party be it in DK or in Jharkhand is the part of the US imperialists forces revival policy. As the part of the psychological offensive the Surajkund policy has been designed by the American CIA and the local comprador Indian state forces to produce traitors within our party and movement. But the US imperialism time and again tends to forget that nationality movement which is led by the ruling class forces is different from the communist movement led by proletarian forces. The proletarian force is based on the principle of scientific socialism and therefore are advance in their political commitment and are destined to be victorious. Our party is waging a relentless struggle against Imperialism and particularly US imperialism and its comprador autocratic Indian state representing the big landlords and big comprador bureaucratic bourgeoisie. In this struggle the party had seen several ups and downs, perhaps our history ever since our formation have been a spiral like history of rising from the ashes, climbing the horizon as the red sun of the morning and growing brighter despite the to and forth movement of the clouds. We have endured the pain of losing several of our great comrades in the battlefields. Our party or for that matter no communist party of the any country can die at the hand of the ruling classes, howsoever despotic it might be. The only reason for the demise of the communist party is the weakening of the proletariat line in the two line struggle waged within the party. Our party which was born out of the debate with the modern revisionist forces will grow strong ideologically and politically by waging struggle against the renegade right opportunist-liquidators-revisionist forces like Balraj alias Bacha Prasad Singh- Darshan Pal- Arjun Prasad Singh- Ashin alias Gagan alias Anil- Venugopal alias Sonu- Rupesh and national chauvinist revisionist Harman. These traitors of various hue and colors have educated the party rank and file because whenever these traitors came out with a position contrary to the interest of the masses the party attacked them ideologically, politically and philosophically and ensured that Marxism-Leninism-Maoism is preserved and developed. The articles that came out of these debates are historic contribution of our party in the world proletarian revolution. In this continuation our committee that is NCC (North Co ordination Committee) decided that it is urgent to debunk and expose the neo-Prachandist modern revisionist line of Venugopal. The present article before you is in this regard. We hope that the debates with the liquidators will find place in your media outlets. Besides we also appeal to the media to rise and expose the genocide of revolutionaries throughout the country. We all must remember that their next target is urban Naxal i.e. all those progressive and liberal voices who have opposed RSS-BJP Brahmanical fascist agendas. The question before us is not just about standing with the Maoists, it is about standing for opposition and alternative to Hindutva Manuwadi politics. Our party is the only firm ideological, political and military opposition to the present Brahmanical Hindutva fascist government. We had been saying that despite the democratic pretensions, the Indian state is autocratic to its core; this stands proved now when even the ruling class parties are saying that election is meaningless. The whole country including a section of the ruling class has realized that the present autocratic Indian state can not run a free and fair election. We appeal to all the progressive democratic media to see it for themselves if or not we are an oppositional force? To see for themselves if or not we have mass support? When our comrades get martyred in DK a huge sea of people weep with us. We ask the media persons that why is that Bastar Adivasis do not count for them? How is it possible that media do not know who have really developed DK? Our party developed and preserved their language, culture and gave the people the consciousness of the most advanced ideology that is of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. Intellectuals like David Harvey are busy explaining Marx`s Capital in their own Euro-centric perspective, while our party cadres coming from Adivasis background understand and educates the Adivasis masses in Marx`s understanding of Capital rejecting the Euro-centrism of Harvey. Economically to we have uplifted the life of people, in our Jantana Sarkar regions no individual died of hunger. Time and again various intellectuals in the field of sociology/politics have recognized our achievements. We appeal the media outlets to see for themselves what sort of development model Adivasis want? The media should know that Adivasis have rejected the imperialist model of development (the development model which caused thousands of death due to flood and landslides in Himalayan regions) and are with their hero martyred comrade Hidma`s Jantana Sarkars model of development (alternative peoples democratic state based on the people`s necessities and not based on capital`s greed for expansion). But the US imperialist sponsored Indian state`s murderous policy with regard to our movement have crossed all the level of genocide. We ask the media that is not a fact that silence with regard to a genocide is akin to supporting it? World celebrated the Paris Commune of 1871 but what obstructs them from celebrating the achievement of the Jantana Sarkars in DK which in-fact is larger in area and population as compared to Paris of that time? Is Euro-centrism a reason for this? Why could not the Adivasis dominated Maoist movement harbor mass media support at the international level? Is Brahmanism and racism a reason for this? The Adivasis of DK under our party leadership stood for the Palestinian liberation and for the right of protest for the European university students? Is it not the time for them to extend solidarity to us? **Published By** **North Coordination Committee (NCC)** **CPI (Maoist)**

INDIA: Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement strongly condemns and protests the sexual harassment, assault, and arrests carried out by the Delhi Police against students
25th November, 2025 Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement strongly condemns and protests the sexual harassment, assault, and arrests carried out by the Delhi Police against students of Bhagat Singh Chhatra Ekta Manch (bsCEM), Nazariya Magazine, and other organisations during the environmental protest at Delhi’s India Gate! For a long time, India’s capital, Delhi, has topped the Air Quality Index as the city with the most polluted air in the world. On 23 November 2025, the Delhi Coordination Committee for Clean Air organised a protest rally. The committee included Delhi-based Marxist-Leninist-Maoist student organisation Bhagat Singh Chhatra Ekta Manch (bsCEM) and Nazariya Magazine, among others. At the rally, the protesters rejected “garden-style” environmentalism. They pointed instead to the responsibility of the Hindutva fascist BJP, whose Chief Minister Rekha Gupta is an agent of imperialism, and to the so-called “development” projects of the corporate bureaucrat-bourgeoisie. They demanded the formation of people’s committees composed of slum workers, migrant labourers, residents of surrounding villages, and civil society rights activists to take the leading role in planning Delhi’s development for the protection of its environment. At this protest, the Delhi Police, loyal to the Hindutva fascists, launched multiple attacks. Twenty-three protesters gathered near the India Gate tourist site were arrested, including eleven women. The Delhi Police filed two FIRs against these protesters. Under the first FIR, the court sent five protesters to two days of judicial custody, and a sixth person was placed in a safe house until age verification. Under the second FIR, seventeen students were arrested and sent to three days of judicial custody. Furthermore, on 18 November, the Indian state killed Comrade Madhavi Hidma, a Central Committee member of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) and a commander of the People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA), under the false claim of an encounter. One of the key slogans of her party, her forces, and the people’s government was the struggle to defend "Jal, Jungle, Zameen" (water, forest, land). Many of the Delhi students brought her photograph to the protest as an example of someone who played a pioneering role in the struggle to protect the environment and life of India’s people. The Delhi Police brutally attacked those who carried Hidma’s image. This makes it clear that the Hindutva fascist Indian state began its assault because Hidma, as a symbol of the struggle, represented an obstacle to their ongoing destruction of nature and life itself. We, the Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement, strongly condemn the brutal attacks and arrests by the Indian state and the Delhi Police, and we demand the immediate and unconditional release of all detainees. We also demand a transparent, independent, and time-bound investigation into the allegations of torture in police custody, including sexual harassment and physical assault. Signed by— Azad Member National Committee Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement
