what he (and rhe WPC to some extent) as she just wanted to go home, I’m 100% fully sure this was all done because I was driving a nice vehicle with a reg plate from a place he just didn’t like…there’s not many Irish folk of my age that doesn’t have a story about the police in the UK somewhere to TBH

I was being fined £160 & giving me 6 penalty points on a “Ghost License” he was creating for me as mine is Irish, the WPC with him took my credit card and called a call centre and gave my details as I was told if I didn’t pay I wouldn’t be let board the boat, my Wife was in bits and insisted I did

As we reached the port he come flying around the front of me and pulled me into a side carpark and dragged me out of rhe car to stand in the lashing rain, he then accused me of “reversing on a motorway” as there was no way I could’ve continued on to port on the same route, I didn’t, then informed me

Myself and the wife were stopped on Sunday morning on the A55 headlong for Holyhead and asked why were speeding (we weren’t) the cop mimicked my accent, he told me I should have my lights on (they were I can’t turn them off!) and he read me the riot act and let us off and we headed off on our way..
