Hmm, my sourdough culture seems to have really slowed down resulting in a bit of a flat loaf...
This is my first loaf in about a month so could it be that? It's been in the fridge all that time.
Any tips on reviving it and getting it more active?

Attempting to make some starter wort in the pressure cooker today - canned wort as the Americans tend to call it.
114g DME, 240ml RO water, and a pinch of yeast nutrient per jar. Each jar will make enough for a 1 litre starter at 1.040.
Will see how this goes!
