And that's all for this week. Again there's not much to show, but here are some notes I wrote in a private Discord for the TV series idea I'll be writing. This idea has been trapped in my brain for a long time. And yes, my comfort writing is 2-dimensional fight me. #RPBri

When trying to expand her business ventures (you're only popular for so long as a woman), she gets mixed up with the Mafia. A friend of hers recommends Domino and The Heart to her for temporary protection, it lasts longer than it should since they're all targets. Bi-Curious. Domino's flirting nature confuses the hell out of her at first. Kind of instantly falls for The Heart. Eventually develops a crush on them both, suggests the Polycule. It was a few hours before opening, and as the staff prepared for the night Pace recalled her experience with Siegel. “Eventually he wore me down. ‘It’s just one party; you’ll have a blast! I always pay my people well and the party favors?’” Pace mimicked Siegel’s mannerisms and New York Accent to a pinpoint degree, down to the kiss he’d blow when he particularly loved something. Two weeks after Lily agreed, she would find herself in a rented manor in Los Feliz with her piano man and husband Thomas Pace. The night started out normal enough: Siegel would introduce the two to the roughly 30 people in attendance and they would play for about an hour as the crowd mingled and drank. “We took a break after that, and Arlo handed my husband, and I drink. We talked with a few people for about 30 minutes and were about to head back on stage.” Lily said. Then the world turned black. By the time the jazz singer came back to her senses she was naked on a large bed with 3 other people, her husband passed out on a couch across from her and Siegel packing up a Super 8. I asked her if she ever confirmed what was on the film, but she only shook her head. “I didn’t want to know, I just wanted the film to be destroyed. But instead, I got an envelope of cash thrown at me and Arlo telling me he’d call for a taxi.” Lily says. After that, as Lily and Thomas tried to cope with what happened to them, Arlo would pop back into their lives from The line cuts off at the end of the page. A screenshot of a word document. Fortunately for the couple it would only be to perform, but it filled them with anxiety nonetheless. Lily tells me that she refuses to drink anything given to her unless it’s by someone she trusts and avoids alcohol all together. “I met Allison at the last party I did for Arlo. Honestly if it wasn’t for her, we may still be doing them.” Lily states. Arlo had been getting agitated by the Paces’ refusal to “fully participate” in his activities. When he convinced the two to join him in a private room to discuss their participation, Allison was there as candy on Siegel’s arm. “She knew exactly what made Arlo tick. The whole conversation couldn’t have been more than 15 minutes, but she managed to twist all our words in a way that made the bastard give up on us.” Pace takes a deep drag on her cigarette and looks of into the distance. Then and there Siegel told them to pack up and head home, where he’d send their final payment as a check. As the couple left, Allison rushed to meet them at the door with a parting gift: The film reel recorded by Siegel. “I don’t know how she got it away from him. Maybe she convinced him to give it up or just stole it. I didn’t care, I was too busy hugging her and crying. She let me do it for as long as I wanted. It felt like an angel had just saved me.” Pace said. She became misty-eyed again recalling the moment. Allison told them to get home safe, and when they returned to their place, they burned the film. It was then she vowed, Lily told me, that she would run to Quinn’s side when she called.
