What’s with all the camo? Can’t ICE come up with a nicely tailored uniform that radiates ‘well organized, and respectful but also firm and competent’. These guys with flak vests, camo and long guns are saying ‘military and here to dominate you’. Awful.

Smart politics. US brand cars dominate the CDN market. US makers have been forced to cut back EV development and sales, leaving a big opening for China’s EVs to our north. This will pinch makers beyond the write downs they are already taking on EV programs, leaving them hobbled to compete later.

What he’s suggesting is done in radiology all the time, separate the interpretation of the imaging by an MD from the actual capture of the images by a trained technician. There are no nurse practitioners trained in fetal ultrasound in these areas of AL, but there are ultrasound robots? 🤔

Sorry, but the post says gift link, but the WSJ doesn’t recognize it as a gift link. I gave up my WSJ subscription because something had to go. App was next and that had nothing to do with budget. In that case, Bezos has to go!

Maybe it’s just an optical illusion, but Trump’s line appears to be ‘grayed out’, like an unchangeable option in an app or web page. Couldn’t even match the color? All part of the Trump DC set built with doubleheader nails for rapid disassembly.

He bought battery *connectors*. Those are the little snaps you plug into. They have wires to solder the battery connector into your DIY project. Not an everyday, could be literally anyone, purchase. Sure, anyone _can_, but only 8,000 sold nationwide. Definitely a specialty buy.

Hegseth basically tore that manual up in his long rant about unleashing his war fighters, and not having them hamstrung by complicated rules written by lawyers. He hasn’t issued the 2025 revision yet but I’m sure he’s got concepts of a plan for it.
