no amount of overhauling diagnostic criteria will ever work until the state of psychiatry (and society at large) gets over A Lot of so-called "abnormalities" and "misbehaviors" REALLY quickly.

idk the amount of fraud i see daily from out-of-state expats and transplants bc they straight up brag ab it to my face is crazy. i think working in tech just does some crazy shit to ppl like make them think they can commit crimes w no consequences.
