When the political tide turns, we need to stand up a court like Nuremburg, that tries all of ICE as individuals, not protected by immunity, starting with Noem. Given the number of illegal assaults resulting in deaths, I'm sure there are appropriate punishments for all involved.

Expand the court when we have a democratic constitutional government again. Except don't just add say 7, add more like another 9, and appoint all younger judges. Make a clear message to the fascist minority that this shit ends right now. Then use every trick they pioneered against them.

A basic majority in Congress and a Dem president is all we need to expand the court. Expand the court to 13 Justices. Same number of federal appeals courts. No more conservative activist majority. It should a be a priority.

The six member majority have abandoned their oath to uphold the Constitution. They are now a #Fascist tool of a #DICKtator.
