Though I’d previously seen Basquiat, it was Wright’s charismatic performance in Nichols’ Angels In America that made me want to follow his career. And the fact that he appears to be a decent person … well, what to say!

I know this is a simplistic way to frame events like this, but I do hope that other institutions/countries are picking up the slack/taking advantage of the Trump US brain drain. Of course, it would be better if a ‘we’re all in this together’ approach was applied.
