I have cluster headaches which cause one eye to tear/get dark shadows. Believe it or not, one of those heated eye massagers (mine is renpho) makes a big difference in how tired I look. And distracts from the pain…barely. Theragun makes one too—theragoggles.

Wow!! I think it was president’s day 2003. I had only lived in nyc area for 4 years (socal native) so I remember it well!

This Department of Justice isn’t even close. They have complete immunity to use unnecessary force, against anyone, without cause. If they lose an eye, a child, their life, not a problem.

For what it’s worth, I have two college freshmen, one a philosophy major, one finance, at the same major uni, and I can see the AI backlash already happening-they are realizing the importance of the research and writing process. They mock “AI kids” as much as lawyers mock “headnote lawyers”…

As a lawyer I cant tell you how many times a tangential sentence and citation in a case has led me down a completely different path on an issue I was researching or an argument. That’s what research is, in any field. Machines can’t recognize those closed but possibly relevant doors.
