I never thought I'd be able to write a story in under 1000 words, let alone 300. This was just something that came to me from this prompt. I call it "Drop of Sound":
Write a story from the POV of someone (or something) living in a forest.

I listen to the same song EVERY TIME I work on my book. It is the only thing that keeps me focused. I envy those that listen to playlists of different songs. If the songs had words, my mind would never get anything done. This music calms my mind and is the switch I flip to put me into writing mode.
