I hate that my first post is full of typos. Some things definitely haven’t changed.

In solo practitioner and one of few neurologists in bug region I’d be happy to have direct payer arrangements. But I’m still participating in all standard public and private insurance arrangements and have to maintain the infrastructure you aptly described. Can’t easily do both at the same time.
