They make beer, wine, and cider in the foothills of the Shenandoah, pretty much all spontaneous fermentation, with a wood-fired kettle, and have a food truck on site that makes national “best restaurant” lists. The founders are also in a psych-rock group. Very confusing, in an interesting way.
