Moaning is certainly not a new invention but I don't remember toxic crowds that turn on the team in quite the same way?

It's not ok where I sit. Watched Boateng sweat blood in the last but one game, then send one stray pass and get told he's not fit to wear the shirt. Not sure how that's meant to get the best out of anyone .

Terrible first half but much improved second. Dale looked awful first half and a real worker second. It's a poor league. Wycombe were awful too. Hazard is a heart attack on legs though.

It was better. I thought having Pleggy, Edwards, Ralls and Patterson in showed how much we'd been missing having organised, composed, senior pros in the team. Shame they're not fit enough to go the distance. Once Szucs, Amaechi, Ross and especially McCabe came on the game was up.There were shoots...

I'm sure McCabe is a good player but he looked like someone thinking he was playing below his level and more concerned about getting damaged than getting a result. Boateng was trying to be the whole midfield, front to back yesterday and got told he wasn't fit to wear the shirt when he missed a pass.

I thought Dale was awful and we were calling for him to go off at half time. All bluster, no product and has a bad habit of blaming others for his own errors. I thought Bali and Boateng at least put in a shift and looked like they cared when it went wrong. Thought the crowd were harsh on those 2.

Plus more for the moronic boot out of the ball? Maybe they'll take pity on him for the embarrassment of falling over the plastic cone when he did it?

It was truly awful. Embarrassing was a fair chant. I suspect the game is up and change has to come. Whilst I understand it, barracking the team when just one nil down with 30 mins to go was poor from the support. It visibly didn't help. I don't think there was a lack of effort, just quality.

I meant other clubs. I remember Grimsby fans and Leicester fans couldn't get him out fast enough.

I can't help liking him and hope that his intelligence would win through but there's a big mismatch between what is said and what actually happens. My concern is who could come in and get more out of the same? I'll accept it would be difficult to get less.

Too many players not good enough but others grossly underachieving. Something's up. Can see him doing better with higher level players. Not sure about slogging out a winter of third division football.

Sad times. I've a feeling he'll go on and do well somewhere else. Been dealt a criminally poor hand but hard to see a way back from this.

Summer recruitment was awful, plus what, seven of the first team out? TC said early on that recruitment needs looking at. Muslic said it too. I'm not convinced that anyone can make what we have right now work. I like that the club stays loyal, so long as it actually changes to make things work.
