For the 8-bit computers with BASIC, do any of them have access to more than 64KB of storage in BASIC without special coding?

I know the Commodore 128 does; is it the only one?

I am surprised that the Commander X16’s BASIC doesn’t seem to do it, despite having a lot of RAM in the system.
