What about a brain reaching toward protest signs by extending neurons (both anti-fasc and fasc) with a tagline below that reads "you are what you incorporate" or another spin on "you are what you eat". Could be more or less lighthearted depending on how realistic you draw.

Big fan of 5-4-3-2-1! You can modify it for your environment, too. In a noisy space? Prioritize sounds over sights. At a dinner? Identify 5 tastes instead of 1. Don't have access to a sense of smell? Turn it into 4-3-2-1.

To validate your memory: Developing an immune response to the m-antigen involved in a strep throat infection can result in autoimmune sequelae. Though post-strep reactive arthritis is usually short-lived, it can recur and isn't the only manifestation. I hope your workup yields actionable results!
