I should probably be writing this down into the design document for the tactics rogue like I am working on as a potential direction instead of shouting it into the void.

You could also generate a boss Digimon with a list of objectives that it will work to change the Digital World around you in order to accomplish, such as erecting control spires or finding an escape from the digital world.

Digivolution paths could open up based on how well you took care of your Digimon and what types of data you collect while exploring your personal Digital World.

Like, it feels so obvious. You could start a run with a random in training Digimon that you need to take care of and train up while exploring a randomly generated Digital World.

"Missile to E6."

"I play my Uno reverse card to redirect to your E6."

"Add a matching domino to the combo twin."

Or has irregular working hours.

On the other hand, Internet radio generally allows for users to craft their personal music experience, which makes it easier to stumble into and evangelize for mini cultures like kpop or nerd core than it used to be to find other fans of Ramstein or Halicali.

Sort of. A lot of mainstream radio only plays about twelve to fifteen songs in a given time, so a lie if people who primarily listen to the radio likely don't hear a lot of American artists, much less international ones.

Tbf, function and variable names should read like comments, so someone who is good at commenting is also going to have good variable names and vice versa. You end up with a lot of code that reads like:

private int moveSpeed; // This is the speed at which the unit moves.

Or

MyFirstVar a = b + c;

I think, at least? I just heard about TH like thirty minutes ago, so I am by no means reasonably knowledgeable about it, much less an expert.

That's an interesting question. Like, a Walmart employee doesn't work for the government. If that Walmart employee goes on strike, it'll be against Walmart instead of the government, which should be considered a secondary action if it's about what the government did.

The Jetsons' consistently showed one human worker running an entire factory by themselves, and the only other notable workers I can recall from the show are retail workers, delivery drivers, and teachers. It'll probably be a lot like the Jetsons, but most of us won't be George.

I just came off a stint of reading Sluggy Freelance and am deciding between rereading Supernormal Step or Empowered because they're both series I never finished, so this largely feels untrue.

Like, there's not really weekly collections like Jump, but the indie scene is hardly dead.

Pretty sure Austria has local politicians.
January 14, 2026 at 2:21 PM
Additionally, you can regularly contact your local politicians and put pressure on them about which contractors they hire and laws they pass, but again, you need to do this as part of a coordinated group, not some lone voice in the wind.
January 14, 2026 at 1:05 PM
You can also donate to general strike funds so that people can afford to go on strikes in the way that you're suggesting, or support small businesses and creators so that they're more able to leave big businesses and cause labor fracturing.
January 14, 2026 at 1:05 PM
It's generally better to join call in or letter writing campaigns like what is going on with Visa/MasterCard, because staffing up call centers and having clogged support lines ACTIVELY cost them money over the passive denial of boycotting.
January 14, 2026 at 1:05 PM
Similarly, if your boycott has no clear end state, it is also fangless. There is no reason for a company to take your concerns into consideration after you've indicated you will NEVER be their customer again.

You're not their customer, they don't have to care about what you think.
January 14, 2026 at 1:05 PM
In addition to needing to be part of a large group and actively coordinating efforts, your goals need to be reasonable and attainable.

If you are boycotting a company because they are a US company, your boycott is meaningless because that company cannot realistically stop BEING a US company.
January 14, 2026 at 1:05 PM
Generally speaking, I'm not calling for boycotts at the individual level. You personally don't have the critical mass for it to be effective.

At that scale, you are largely doing it for the feel good vibes.
