I’ve seen explanations that claim DOGE repurposed the USDS that Obama set up to modernize government software. Looks like the how of it all is still legally grey, but if they inherited the access from an existing department, that could explain how they got into everywhere so fast.

If you somehow manage to do nothing but get the plunder from the daily objective, it’ll take 45 days to get all the new rewards. Realistically, you’ll get somewhere around 1200 plunder from each round, so about a month if you only do one round a day, 3 months if you’re starting fresh.
