October 19 marks the start of Invisible Disabilities Week, a time to raise awareness and show compassion for those with conditions not immediately visible. These include chronic pain, mental health, neurological, sensory, and autoimmune conditions. Challenge stigma through empathy and education.

Today is #PurpleThursday a day raising awareness about the connection between brain injury and intimate partner violence (IPV). IPV can affect anyone but disproportionately impacts women. Wearing purple shows support for survivors, reminding them they’re not alone their courage and stories matter. 💜

Whenever my energy is low I turn to free yoga/meditation videos, or call a loved one. I’m passionate about building safe supportive spaces, where everyone feels belonging giving opportunity for growth.
