With far too many enablers who should be held to account also. Although this visit might not have been as previously reported it was a point in time that said the President is not above the law. We need a moment like this sooner rather than later.

What happens to this theory when the presidency changes hands? More power to the President seems to me contrary to the Constitution crafted by the founders. Authoritarianism was simply not in the cards.

I imagine Chief Justice Taney probably could have given this same answer in 1857. A person of color speaking Spanish in California probably will have some thoughts on the subject.
