The lovely St Margaret's church at High Halstow ('home of the Heron') - and Christmas decorations in the woods at Northward Hill RSPB @rspb.bsky.social. Not sure what the Fieldfare make of them, but it is a change from the flaggies.

Camille O'Sullivan's sung interpretation of The Rape of Lucrece is a joy. What would she do with the ekphrasis; addressing the painting of Priam's Troy? Oxford dons hate the interruption of the drama, and O'Sullivan cleverly used only "Her blue blood changed to black in every vein".
