Now, if hand shaking did that, I wouldn’t want to see what falling from his height - certainly a common occurrence at that age - lwould do to his brain…

Considering Trump’s usual diet, scurvy is not at all impossible. So is a whole list of hematological malignancies at his age.

I mean, bruising from minor trauma like hand shaking *is* possible.
It is very medically worrisome, but possible.
I had a teen with severe ID who bruised from her socks rubbing. She had scurvy…

Fanny how Elon is convinced that him having a baker’s dozen of kids is a way to improve the gene pool. Not self-aggrandizing at all…

It’s not the argument you think it is, as most educated people know someone that files rockets should know the plane is actually flying straight and this curve is just the result of distortions induced by our maps (search mercator projection).

SMH
Our department covers kids up to 400km away from our hospital. Virtual visits are an incredibly powerful tool for them. So thankfully I don’t have to deal with American healthcare (and politics) atm.

But the wildly racist content I’ve reported was deemed ok…
Please make 1984 a fiction again…

You spelled "Dr Marino is entitled to be a competent, properly trained physician" wrong.

Also a potential targeted therapy for GRIN2A and ATP1A2 mutations based on overactive glutamatergic signaling (and maybe nonketotic hyperglycinemia down the road? Probably more centrally effective than the dextrometorphan that is widely used).

If that’s all one needs, then memantine is cheaper ;)

Gotta say - at least in peds Perampanel has a great tolerability profile, and the post-dose somnolence is a great side effect for those with initial insomnia or fragmented sleep.
Many of my families of neurodivergent kids swear by it because of that.

Yeah, we tend to dislike Nazis.

No, we tend to love fair play. But don’t mess with us. We survive - thrive even eh - in -20 weather 4 months a year.
Heck, Canadian independence was achieved after our infantry’s conduct in WWI scared the Brits so much that they decided to give us our independence *before* we decided to ask for it.

Ouh, it’d be delightful if we could cut power transmission across the border just as the game gets underway…

That’ll change once (I hope) once inflation reaches 5-10% again because of the trade war…

I’m usually against fossile fuels, but seems like that would be a good place for an oil well. "Drill baby drill" he says…

I don’t get the attraction anyway - between leaving the US and coming back to Canada in 2015 post fellowship and last December on conference in LA, Target changed so much. Prices have soared, everything is under lock - even socks! - good brands have dwindled in shelf space. Not a pleasant experience
