Even if Durbin and Graham fail, there are plenty of others waiting to take a swing at Section 230 (judges, lawyers, other lawmakers)

One of the most pressing underreported threats imho is the new FCC head, who literally wrote a chapter of Project 2025 about how the agency should weaken Section 230
