I kind of stopped teaching techniques and have focused on principles instead. Progress for my students is now much faster and they have the tools to find their own way. Classes are more fun for everyone.

Hard at work

Getting older is interesting from a training perspective. Range of motion and efficiency has replaced chasing heavy lifts. It's hard to change the mindset after 25 years of heavy lifting.
