Exact same movement speeds at base level of the powers, but Leaping can get faster and lets you attack people in the air (sidebar, love how the system handles flying and movement in general) while Swinging can't get as fast but lets you hang in the air and "Get Over Here!" other people

Yeah, same kind of thing with the Movement powers. Almost all the Movement powers function the exact same at a base level, double movement speed or quadruple for Stress, but then are slightly different for specific cases. Like, Swinging and Leaping...

Plus, fucking love the advancement rules. Simple YZE progression but, again leaning into the strength of the engine, mechanically incentivizing superheroic habits and play and giving a bunch of different ways to progress individual heroes and the team itself

Where the latter two feel really narrative heavy and mechanics light (not really my preferred style), Invincible uses the Year Zero Engine really well to get the comic book feel across while keeping a strong mechanical and not overcomplicating things

I only have real experience with M&M, and it is absolutely more robust. You can really dial in exactly what kind of character you want to make, but it so much. Invincible feels like the perfect middle ground between M&M and something like Icons or Sentinel Comics...
