I heard it’s @dave-bautista.bsky.social birthday. I am a huge fan of him both as an actor and a human being. Everything I’ve heard about him makes him seem very kind. In a difficult world it warms my calcified heart to hear that there are still kind people out there. Here’s a picture I drew of him.

BlueSky exclusive. A lot of times when I post a piece on Instagram I feel like it’s not completely done but can’t put me finger on why. After a free days I’ll go back into it to rework some things but never end up reposting it. Did that here. Felt only right the little bird get a plate of their own.

Secret time- at the end of 2023 I told my partner that my goal for the end of 2024 was to reach 20,000 followers on Instagram. At the time I had around 800. I figured if I got past a certain threshold that it would snowball. I believed in myself. Now at 2025 I have almost 200 less than I had in 2023

Please remember that President Carter appointed more minorities and women to the bench than all previous presidents combined. He was the first President to embrace the concept of bringing racial diversity to the federal bench. A key aspect of his legacy.

Also, if you don’t vote for people that want to raise wages to match the cost of living you are also being a piece of shit. Saying “AboLIsh TiPpIng CuLtURe” while voting for conservatives who refuse to wage the minimum wage is fucking hypocritical.
If you don’t tip your server /delivery driver you don’t deserve your order. You can blame door dash for being shitty and not paying enough AND also tip, or you can blame door dash for not paying enough and not shop with them supporting the service’ business practices. Don’t be a fucking hypocrite.

These are my favorite pieces from 2024. On average they have 11 likes each on them. It’s disheartening to be honest. I try so hard to create beautiful art and it hurts when it is ignored so consistently.
