I really do wonder if it's straight up the Odyssey team doing the DK game. Would be hell of a move to be okay with putting Mario on hold like that.

Though, I think their plans of developing their own IPs is probably long gone with so many folks leaving.

Support staff? They're co-developing the game, look like a similar arrangement to Nier Automata w/ Square Enix with the project leads and designers being from Platinum.
