Yes, in theory. I don't know, to be honest.

Most are, which is why my work is crucial, haha. 90% of humanitarian stuff I only see (and can post about) because I monitor dozens of Ukrainian Telegram accounts managed by oblasts, military administrations, majors and so on. Most of their work doesn't get shared by NGOs and similar.

They are working a lot (repairs / supplies etc.) in Ukraine and that for a longer time :).

🧵 6/6 — I would like to point out once again that Shmyhal was merely referring to deliveries made at the end of 2025 that were already known, and that there is no news here. No new delivery.

Thank you for your attention and happy new year.

🧵 5/6 — In fact, however, the delivery had already been made public two weeks earlier (see pinned post on my profile).
January 1, 2026 at 10:34 AM
🧵 4/6 — The delivery of the ninth IRIS-T SLM fire unit was also nothing new, yet the MoD published an article about it, which resulted in posts being published and articles being written about it at the time as if it were huge news.
January 1, 2026 at 10:34 AM
🧵 3/6 — To return briefly to the article: it clearly states that Minister of Defence Denys Shmyhal had already mentioned the delivery at an earlier date. That was on the 17th of December, when he mentioned the delivery I just referred to, as well as the 9th IRIS-T SLM delivery.
January 1, 2026 at 10:34 AM
🧵 2/6 — The delivery — partly financed by Norway, Lithuania and Denmark — was already pledged in early August and carried out in several batches from Bundeswehr stocks by the end of October.

It appears that the AFU has fitted the vehicle with a drone protection structure, including a net around the cabin. In the first footage ever released (09/2025), the vehicle shown did not yet have any additional protection.

🧵 12/12 — PLEDGED 👇
— funding for maintenance facilities in Ukraine (KNDS & Quantum Systems confirmed)
— funding for the Ukrainian military command and control communication system

Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
December 30, 2025 at 3:21 PM
🧵 11/12 — PLEDGED 👇
— 200 Bohdana SPHs on Mercedes-Benz Zetros chassis (worth €750 million)
— 1,100 ground surveillance radars
— $700 million investment in the PURL mechanism
— funding for a “significant portion” of the Starlink network
December 30, 2025 at 3:21 PM
🧵 10/12 — Some of this has almost certainly already been delivered in full or at least in part, and we simply have not received official confirmation. Other items stand out due to their importance or value.

PLEDGED 👇
— 500+ AN-196 Liutyi long-range OWA-UAV
December 30, 2025 at 3:21 PM
🧵 9/12 — This is therefore by no means a complete list, and the figures, especially for the amount of ammunition delivered, are far too low.

For this reason, I would like to make an exception and also point out some of this year's pledged military aid.
December 30, 2025 at 3:21 PM
🧵 8/12 — DELIVERED 👇
— 120,000 chest seals
— 487,000 first aid kits
— 217,400 tourniquets

I would like to point out that, since April this year, the German government under Friedrich Merz has provided only very rare and limited updates on deliveries and pledges of new military assistance.
