There is a definite sense of it being a bit of a flex. It is so unusual to register himself as the UBO though. I've seen "lesser" billionaires jump through massive hoops to avoid reporting their ownership to Companies House. It's almost like a very elaborate tweet. He wants people to see this.

Is no one else surprised that he listed himself as the PSC/UBO of this company? Normally, you'd expect to see a shady offshore trust domiciled in a tax haven to obscure ownership. It seems like an attention play to me. People of his public stature rarely register companies so transparently.
