Another beautiful winter day. 25 degrees, sunny, and very little wind. I had a great run. I have to catch these sunny days, because they are few and far between.

Today’s 4 mile training run. 20F at 2pm, sunny an no wind. I had a good run, and my wheelchair was very cold.
