Ouch. So true and so pathetic at the same time. I know we'll figure out how to use AI successfully; it's my day job to figure out what works and how to make it usable, but we have a tough road ahead to deal with crap like this.

Sometimes I ask myself why do I even bother working in conservation, no one cares. But then I think of the animals, the plants, and all living things, THEY care and they are worth fighting for.

While we are complaining 🤓, this also explains why they won’t open those links without first warning you that they might not be safe, like all LinkedIn users are gullible children.

Apparently the LinkedIn algorithm is to blame as it encourages people not to put in real links. That makes me less interested in using LinkedIn. The workaround is to put the links in comments

To be a little more blunt, nobody cares about your project's LinkedIn page. NOBODY. Delete it and just link to your project's real home from now on.
