You can’t dance for a Pop Star with a Hip-Hop ego.

Learn to hold yourself like you’re worth a billion dollars, even if your bank account says otherwise.

The "aura" is part of the audition.

Dancers, stop obsessing over which "door" to open in this industry.

Some stages are meant for your growth, and some are meant to protect your peace.

Not every "big" job is a blessing; sometimes it’s just a high-paying lesson in morale.

Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.

The industry is small.

You can be the best dancer in the world, but if you smell like weed on set and have a poor attitude, you’re a liability.

Your name carries weight, keep it pristine.

"Dance isn’t a real job" is a take for people who work 9-5s and hate their lives.

Your "Aha!" moment is a myth designed to make you feel late.

Success in dance is a slow, grainy climb, not a lightning bolt.

Keep posting those "cringe" videos, they are the foundation of your future "iconic" status.

Being "good" at dancing is the bare minimum in 2026.

Being reliable, professional, and someone people actually want to be in a room with for 12 hours is what keeps you booked.

Talent gets you in the door; character keeps you in the room.

"Community" is the antidote to the "highly competitive" nature of dance.

The "Skeleton Crew" is the most underrated job in dance.

You are literally the blueprint for the world's biggest K-Pop idols.

You're the ghost in the machine making $400-$500 a day to ensure a superstar doesn't look like they have two left feet.

Dancers, stop calling yourself a "starving artist."
Words have power.

Call yourself a "specialized movement consultant" or a "freelance entertainment contractor."

The second you change how you speak about your work, the world changes how they pay for it.

I got so focused on short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, all that) that I forgot I used to love writing. Sharing thoughts even when no one’s watching. Now I’m slowly crawling back to write, on Bluesky of course 😁

Damn… writing just pulled me back to a side of me I forgot existed.

Bad Bunny’s halftime show proved one thing for dancers.

You can hit every count perfectly and still feel empty on stage. What people remember comes from energy, chemistry, and real interaction.

Audiences forget steps.
They never forget how you made them feel.

Lowkey stunned by the dancers at Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl 2026 halftime show. That was insane ❤️‍🔥

Is anyone even talking about dance on this app, or is it just me?
February 7, 2026 at 12:46 PM
Dancers are just elite athletes who get paid in 'exposure' and chronic knee pain. If the NFL paid players what dancers get, the Super Bowl wouldn't exist.

In 6 words or less,

Why are you on Bluesky?
