Sort of the conundrum of post industrialization. Without industry the moral fabric of society declines. Work becomes make-work and the purpose of work becomes obscured.

No idea but 10% of the web still runs on Rails and it seems to be still reasonably popular with startups. I actually quite like the language but dependencies, as in python, are a nightmare.

Why would someone who is supportive of democracy prepare to resist the person chosen by the people through a democratic election? Isn’t that a contradiction?

Ruby will make you long for the relative simplicity of Python…
