Mario, though, very colorful and animated. Probably the best lighting I've ever seen in a CG movie.
Jim Carrey as Robotnik definitely the biggest highlight for Sonic, but a lot worked for it for how it differed from the game story.

Mario references were very in your face, seemed forced at times.
Biggest complaint I had with the Sonic movie was the very blatant Olive Garden sponsorship.
