I’ve been doing this for my current book too and it’s been super helpful to review the pages at print-size! And I like the little ritual of printing out each spread after I finish drawing it 😌

Yeah, I like thinking about my books being created in all these separate places too, and wondering if subconsciously there are traces of these places influencing the work itself! 😌

I loved it. This book is the first Taiwanese work to win the national book award here in the US (for best translated literature).
