YES! What’s happening is a heartbreaker, especially for me and my family, who have lived and loved our immigrant neighbors. they are not now nor have they ever been the worst of the worst, they’ve worked our fields our hospitals, courts schools, hospitality, virtually everywhere.

In what world is a 15 yr-old in anyway reasonably able to give consent for sexual activity with a man in the 60-yr age range?
Explain it to me like I’m not a mother of 4children, with a-clinical specialty in pediatric abuse, & haven’t performed more exams for peds abuse victims then I can count!

Yes, sometimes (for an example)they’re normal cognitively, but you find that they cry at the drop of a hat. People who weren’t talkative are talkative, etc. but they still function and do quite well with their cognitive abilities. The list is pretty long of psychological-cognitive issues for some.

I’m not an MD; I am a PA-C & ARNP, My background is ED & ICU, & I’ve worked in family practice and in various military facilities, stateside and abroad. You are right if there’s been a stroke, it would be significant but also tiny microblades &vascular changes.

Rescued a little kitten at five weeks, my senior kitty who’s never been a mama, grabbed him by the neck, gave him a good bath started, teaching him the ways of the cat world; here they are 12 weeks, surveying their kingdom!

I’ve spent a lifetime caring for the ‘haves & have nots’, when insurance could be dropped if you were diagnosed with something, finding ways to get care for people with pre-existing conditions, finally, even though it was slightly more than baby steps. The affordable care act made a BIG difference.

A high velocity projectile causes cavitation wounds, the size of an orange, literally turning tissue to mush. A high velocity projectile grazing the earlobe would be expected to cause serious barotrauma to the TM, decreased hearing acuity, serious tinnitus… At the very least.

Unless you’re crossing the border with a weapon/drugs/human trafficking… Crossing the border without papers is only a misdemeanor it’s trespassing!
